Human Torch

Marvel must really like the Human Torch. Back in 2011, they took Fox’s previous Human Torch, Chris Evans, and turned him into the Captain America we love today (and who Iron Man has mixed feelings for).

White WolfNow they took Fox’s most recent Human Torch, Michael B. Jordan, and added him to Black Panther. Although his role has not been specified yet, with Creed and Fruitvale Station under his belt I’m sure he won’t be brought in to play just some minor role.

Some rumors are circulating that Jordan will fill in the role of the villain (which will be a nice change from his usual roles) facing off against Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther; an unexpected fan favorite from Captain America: Civil War.

If they bring in Michael B. Jordan as the villain, he’ll most likely play Hunter/White Wolf, T’Challa’s envious step brother and reoccurring enemy.

Lupita Nyong’o is rumored to also join the cast, but even less info can be found on that other than the actress having negotiated with Marvel in the past about the project.

We’ll keep you updated on both roles as news surfaces.
